<p><strong>What size should I order?</strong><br>
Check our <a href="/pages/size-guide">Size Guide</a> for a full chart. As a general rule, if you're between sizes or have wider feet, size up. Our juttis have a standard to slightly narrow fit and will soften and mold to your foot after a few wears.</p>
<p><strong>Do juttis run true to size?</strong><br>
They fit close to standard US sizing but can feel snug at first. Genuine leather stretches naturally with wear — within 2–3 wears, they'll feel custom-fit to your foot. If you're unsure, email us and we'll help.</p>
<p><strong>Do you offer half sizes?</strong><br>
We currently carry whole sizes only. If you wear a half size, we recommend sizing up.</p>
<p><strong>My feet are wide — will these work for me?</strong><br>
Size up one full size. The leather will also stretch slightly with wear, giving you a more comfortable fit over time.</p>

<p><strong>How long does shipping take?</strong><br>
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.</p>

<p><strong>What is your return policy?</strong><br>

<p><strong>Can I exchange for a different size?</strong><br>

<p><strong>What if my order arrives damaged?</strong><br>
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right immediately.</p>

<p><strong>Are these genuine leather?</strong><br>
Yes. Our juttis feature genuine leather uppers and leather soles. The embellishments are hand-stitched using high-quality beads, sequins, and thread work.</p>
<p><strong>Are these comfortable for all-day wear?</strong><br>
After a short break-in period (2–3 wears), most customers find them very comfortable for extended wear. We recommend wearing them around the house for an hour or two first before a big event.</p>
<p><strong>How do I care for my juttis?</strong><br>
Keep them away from prolonged moisture. Wipe the leather with a slightly damp cloth to clean. Store in the dust bag provided. Avoid machine washing.</p>
<p><strong>Can I wear them outdoors?</strong><br>
Yes — the leather soles are durable for light outdoor use. Avoid wearing in heavy rain or on very rough surfaces.</p>

<p><strong>What payment methods do you accept?</strong><br>
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.</p>
<p><strong>Can I change or cancel my order?</strong><br>
